Eastmoors Riding School and Livery in Ringwood offers equestrian woodland trekking for beginners through advanced riders. Children aged seven and older are welcome. Canter rides are offered for advanced riders aged 12 and older. The rider weight limit is 14 stone (89 kg).
The property covers 70 acres with direct woodland access. Facilities include a floodlit 20 m by 40 m arena, a summer jump paddock and a 20 metre rubber round pen. Riding hats are provided and fitted free of charge. DIY livery is offered, currently with a waiting list.
One-hour rides run Wednesday through Sunday at 10:00, 11:15 and 14:15. The school also opens Tuesdays during school holidays. One-hour trekking costs £68 per person from 1 May 2026. A non-refundable £2 booking fee applies per booking or card transaction.
The school is located in St Leonards, Dorset, and holds a five-star licence from Dorset Council. All staff have been DBS checked. Staff are not RDA qualified instructors. Telephone booking is essential, visits are by appointment only, and riders must arrive 30 minutes before their ride.
