Welcome to badgie.es. By registering on our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.
Registration and Acceptance
By creating an account on badgie.es, you declare that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and that all the information provided is truthful and accurate.
Intellectual Property of Badges
All artistic creations and badge designs on badgie.es are the intellectual property of Badgie. This includes all graphical and design elements generated by our platform.
Client Ownership
You, as the client, own your know-how related to organizing courses, as well as your own clients and instructors. Photos and videos that you upload to the platform are your property, and it is your responsibility to manage their storage, use, and eventual destruction.
Use of Anonymized Data
Anonymized data of athletes may be used by Badgie to enhance user experience in each sport and to offer personalized advertising in the future. This data will never be used to identify specific individuals.
Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for the content you upload to the platform, including its legality and compliance with applicable regulations. Badgie is not responsible for content uploaded by users.
Pricing Policy
Our service prices are detailed at badgie.com/pricing. These prices include the services and functionalities described on the platform. Any additional developments or extraordinary services will be quoted separately to the client as needed. In addition to the plan fee, Badgie retains a commission of 1% on every payment the client processes through the platform. This commission is deducted from the processed payment: the client receives the amount collected less the commission. It is separate from Stripe's processing fees, which the client already bears. It does not apply to payments the client handles outside the platform, such as cash, bank transfer or the SEPA remittances the client itself submits to its bank. Badgie and the client may agree a different percentage in writing.
Modifications to these Terms
Badgie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via the platform or by email.
Account Cancellation
The Client may delete their account at any time from the app itself, under Settings → Delete account, with no prior request and without contacting us. On confirmation, access is revoked immediately and their personal data is erased within 30 days at the latest. Only invoices and accounting records are retained, for the periods required by tax law, and they are dissociated from the account. School or club accounts are an exception, because they do not belong to an individual but to an organisation and hold third-party data, including data about minors. In that case the request is still initiated from the app, we verify that it comes from the organisation, and we complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
Limitation of Liability
Badgie will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
