Club shop: products, orders, stock and online shop

Quick answer

Badgie has a club shop in Sales → Orders and Stock with three tabs: Orders (recorded sales), Products (catalogue) and Stock (units by size). On the same catalogue you can switch on the Online shop, a public website with the club's branding where you sell products, services and subscriptions; payment goes through Stripe or payment at the club and lands in Finance, with no Badgie commission per sale.

Where to find it

  • Sales → Orders and Stock (`/dashboard/shop`): the Orders, Products and Stock tabs.
  • Sales → Online shop (`/dashboard/shop/storefront`): the Home, Payments, Brand, Shipping and Legal tabs.
  • The shop's public website: `www.badgie.es/tienda/<club-name>`.
Orders and Stock, Orders tab: the month's orders with customer, products, total, payment method (cash, Bizum, card), status and delivery
Every club sale is an order with a number, customer, payment method and status; from the row you download the PDF or send it by WhatsApp.

Step by step: create products

  1. In Products click Create new product.
  2. Enter the Name and Description (use Improve with AI to polish it) and choose the Category: Apparel, Equipment, Service, Licence, Accessory or Other. Services and licences have no stock or sizes.
  3. Set the Price and whether to Apply VAT (price without VAT or VAT included), the Stock and, optionally, the Purchase cost to know your margin.
  4. Options: sizes with different prices, a dated offer, Made to order (stock not tracked) and images, which you can upload or generate with AI.
  5. Turn on Publish in the online shop to sell it on the website, and Allows home delivery if you ship it. Save.
Products tab: catalogue with image, name, sizes, category (Equipment, Apparel, Accessory), price, stock and active status
The club catalogue: apparel, equipment and accessories with sizes, price and stock.
Edit product: name, category, description with Improve with AI, VAT, price, stock, purchase cost, made to order and Publish in the online shop
The product card sets price, VAT, stock and whether the item is published in the online shop.

Step by step: record a sale

  1. In Orders click Create order.
  2. Fill in the customer details (name, email, phone) and the Order date (change it if the sale happened on another day).
  3. Search for products and add each one with its size.
  4. Choose the Payment method, apply an Order discount if needed, add notes and click Create order.
New order panel: customer details, order date, product search with sizes, payment method, discount and notes
A counter sale: customer, products and size, payment method and, optionally, a discount on the total.
  1. The order appears in the list with its number (TDA-…), status and delivery; from the row you view it, download the PDF or send it by WhatsApp. Stock is deducted when the order is created.

Step by step: control stock

In Stock you see each product and size with its units, the Alert threshold and the status (OK, Low stock, Out of stock). Adjust asks for a reason and is kept in the history; Excel exports the inventory.

Stock tab: units per product and size, alert threshold, OK status, Adjust button and history, with Excel export
Stock by size with a low-stock alert; every adjustment asks for a reason and is kept in the history.

Step by step: open the online shop

  1. In Online shop click Activate online shop.
Online shop screen not yet activated with the Activate online shop button
The online shop is switched on with one button: payments go into your Finance and your Stripe, with no Badgie commission per sale.
  1. Payments: connect Online payment (Stripe) (card, Bizum and SEPA, money goes into your Stripe account) or turn on Pay at the club (the customer reserves online and pays on pick-up). You need at least one of the two to publish.
Payments tab of the online shop: Online payment (Stripe) with the Connect button and the Pay at the club switch
At least one payment method is needed to publish: Stripe (card, Bizum and SEPA) or payment at the club on pick-up.
  1. Brand, Shipping and Legal: logo and colours, shipping options and the shop's legal texts.
  2. Choose what to publish: one switch per item. Publishing duplicates nothing; stock, sizes, VAT and offers are respected.

Choose what to publish: one switch per item (products, services and subscriptions); everything else stays in the internal shop only.
  1. In Home, flip the switch from Draft to Online. The public address goes live, ready to share.

Five steps to publish, the shop's public address and the Draft / Online switch.

Online orders arrive in Orders marked as online; that is where you track preparation and delivery. Stripe-paid orders are marked paid automatically; pay-at-the-club orders stay pending until you collect the money.

What the family or customer sees

The customer opens the shop's public website, picks items (and size), and pays with Stripe or reserves to pay at the club. No app account is needed. Subscriptions can only be paid online.

The shop also works from a phone.

By sport

  • Swimming: caps, goggles, swimsuits and fins in junior and adult sizes.
  • Football and team sports: kits by size and start-of-season packs.
  • Golf, padel and tennis: balls, gloves, overgrips and services such as lessons or simulator sessions, which can also be sold in the online shop.

With the AI agent

  • "Which products are low on stock?"
  • "What sells best this quarter?"
  • "Which online orders are still to be delivered?"
  • "20 one-size caps have arrived from the supplier" (proposes recording the stock receipt).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Stripe to have an online shop?

No. Turning on Pay at the club is enough; Stripe is only needed to take payment online and for subscriptions.

Does Badgie take a commission per sale?

No. Payments go into your Stripe and your Finance with no Badgie commission per sale (Stripe applies its own fees).

Do I have to duplicate products for the online shop?

No. The online shop uses the same catalogue; you only choose which items are published.

When is stock deducted?

When the order is created. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after 24 hours and release the stock; pay-at-the-club orders are never cancelled automatically.

Can I sell services, such as a single lesson?

Yes. Services and subscriptions are published in the online shop just like products.
