Info Badges: mini pages for club events, promotions and notices
What Badgie Info Badges are, how you build them with blocks, how you publish them with their own link and how you notify families by WhatsApp, email or the app.

Quick answer
Badgie Info Badges are mini pages (mini landings) that the club builds with blocks to announce an event, a promotion, rules or the opening of enrollments. Each one has its own public link (badgie.es/info/…), a visit counter and can be sent to families by WhatsApp, email or app notification.
They replace the old “Flash Badges”: today they are created in Communications → Info Badges.

Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Communications → Info Badges.
- Public page: badgie.es/info/<page-name>, which opens in any browser.
- Family app: Info Badges appear in the carousel on the student’s home screen and in notifications.
- AI agent: can create them as drafts, list them and prepare their send.
Step by step
Create and edit
- Click New Info Badge (or Create new Info Badge).
- Under Content Blocks, add the blocks you need: Text, Image, Video (URL), Link (button), Location (map), Event (date), Contact (email) and Sponsor (logo).
- Reorder the blocks by dragging them in “Added Blocks”. The Preview on the right shows the page exactly as the family will see it.
- Under Name & Settings you set the page title and address (URL).
- Click Save. Saving does not notify anyone: the page is ready but nobody is told.
Publish and notify
- Publish the page. In the list you will see the Published label and the visits it has so far.
- Use Publish and notify (or Notify changes if it was already published) to choose the audience, channel (WhatsApp, email or app) and message.
- From each card’s actions you can copy the URL, view it as the public sees it, duplicate it, unpublish it or delete it.
What families see
A page with the Badgie header and the club name, the blocks you added (for example a text and a “Book a trial class” button) and, if you included a sponsor, their logo. It reaches them as a link by WhatsApp or email, or they open it from the app carousel.
By sport
They work the same for any sport. Typical examples: pool rules and a trial class in swimming, a tournament presentation in tennis or padel, a call for tryouts in a football academy or the details of a ski camp.
With the AI agent
You can ask Badgie Agentic to create an Info Badge (it leaves it as a draft for you to review), to list the ones you have and to send it to a group by WhatsApp, email or app with your own message. The send stays as a proposal until you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
Does saving an Info Badge notify families?
No. Families are only notified when you use “Publish and notify” or “Notify changes”. The editor shows whether it is “Not notified” or “Notified” and on what date.
Do they need the app to see it?
No. The public link opens in any browser; the app only adds access from the home screen.
Can I add a sponsor?
Yes, with the Sponsor block, which uses the sponsors registered in Marketing → Sponsorship.
What happened to Flash Badges?
They no longer exist as a section; their use (campaigns and events) is covered by Info Badges.
