From then on Badgie syncs sales, bookings, customers, invoices, payments, subscriptions, products and dynamic prices every 15 minutes, and shows them in a panel with debts, sales, classes, subscribers and trends, linked to your students.

- Connection: Management → Modules → GolfManager (/dashboard/integrations/golfmanager).
- Panel: Finance → GolfManager (/dashboard/golfmanager), visible once the integration is connected.
Step by step
- In GolfManager, create a system user for Badgie and generate its API Key.
- In Badgie open Management → Modules → GolfManager, enter your Tenant and the API Key and click Connect. The key is stored encrypted.
- The first sync starts on its own; after that Badgie refreshes the data every 15 minutes. Sync now brings it forward.
- In Links, link each GolfManager customer to their Badgie student.
- If you want, set up the calendar sync (mode, start date, horizon and categories).
