Quick answer
CRM Leads is Badgie's acquisition funnel: it gathers everyone interested in your club on one board, whether they come from a form, your landing page, the Badgie directory, social media or an import, and lets you move them through statuses (Pending, Contacted, Interested, Trial booked, Sale made, Enrolled…) until they become students.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Web: side menu Dashboard → CRM Leads. A red dot in the menu shows how many leads are still Pending.
- AI agent (Super Coach): it summarises your leads and proposes moving them, adding notes, creating them or converting them into students.
There is no leads screen in the mobile apps; use it from the web dashboard, also in a mobile browser.
Step by step: work your leads
- Go to Dashboard → CRM Leads. The Kanban view shows one column per status.

- To add a contact who reached you by phone or in person, click Add lead, fill in the name and an email or phone, choose the Lead source and click Create lead.
- To upload a list, click Import CSV (CSV, XLSX or XLS with headers in the first row). Leads come in as Pending.
- Click a card to open its panel: contact details (with Edit), comments, custom fields, attribution (created, last touch, UTM, landing page) and the Timeline and Notes tabs.

- Change the status from Lead status in the panel or by dragging the card to another column. Log every call or conversation in Notes.
- Use the Source, Status and Cold only filters (leads untouched for 7 days or more) to decide who to call today.
Views, statuses and sources
- Kanban: one column per status, with drag and drop.
- Groups: collapsible statuses with their lead counts, handy to see the funnel.
- List: a table with Name, Source, Contact, Score, Status and Last touch.
Default statuses: Pending, Contacted, Interested, Trial booked, Not interested (lost), Sale made and Enrolled (won) and Left the club. Each club can adjust its stages in Settings, where custom fields are also defined.
Sources Badgie records automatically include badge and info-badge forms, the school landing page, the Badgie directory, the club's website, Instagram, Facebook, referrals, imports and manual entries.
Trial classes and conversion into a student
Moving a lead to Trial booked marks in the funnel that it has a trial class. When Badgie enables the acquisition workflow for the club, the agent can also book the trial in a specific group and date, send a WhatsApp reminder the day before or the same day and record whether the person attended or did not show up.
Conversion into a student is done by the AI agent with your approval: it creates the student record from the lead, moves it to Enrolled and carries the trial reports into the student file. If the lead has a mobile number, it can send the app login details by WhatsApp.
With the AI agent
- «How many new leads do I have this week and which ones are cold?»
- «Move Lucía to Contacted and note that I called her today.»
- «Create a lead for Marta, phone…, interested in the adults group.»
- «Convert Sofía into a student, she has done her trial.»
Actions that change data are proposed and run once you approve them.
Frequently asked questions
Do leads count as students in my plan?
No. A lead is an interested contact; it only becomes a student when you convert it.
Can I delete a lead?
Yes, leads that came from a form or were added manually can be deleted from their panel. Leads from the Badgie directory cannot be deleted; move them to Not interested.
Does the search box search by email?
The search box filters by name. To find an email, use the List view or ask the agent.
Can I have several funnels?
Yes. If the club has more than one pipeline, a Pipeline selector lets you see one or all of them.
