Club settings: identity, public presence, emails, calendar, permissions and legal texts

Quick answer

In Badgie, Management → Settings brings together the club's identity and preferences in ten sections grouped into School, Public presence, Communication, Team and access, and Legal. This is where you set the name, logo, sports, phone and tax details, the landing page, student privacy, the email address emails are sent from, calendar sync, what teachers can see, the password and the legal texts.

Where to find it

  • Web dashboard: Management → Settings. Each section has its own address, so you can link to it directly.
  • AI agent: it can read the club profile and update the landing page.

The sections

School

  • General information: the club's country (it decides the phone prefix), logo, Name, Sports, contact email (the one families will see, not the login one), Phone, website, province, tax details and the Google reviews link.
  • Additional information: social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube) and the club's public profile.
  • Official logos: logos to reuse in badges and communications.

Public presence

  • Landing Page: the club's public website, with SEO and a contact form.
  • Privacy: what is shown about students and who can change it.

Communication

  • Emails: email notifications, express sign-ups and where emails are sent from: by default Badgie sends them; you can connect Google (Gmail / Workspace) or Microsoft 365 to send from the club's mailbox, or use your own SMTP server.
  • Calendar: sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Team and access

  • Teachers: which students your teachers can see and manage.
  • Security: password change (minimum 8 characters).

Legal

  • Legal: consents, terms and legal texts for the forms.

Step by step: recommended first settings

  1. In General information, upload the logo, check the name and sports, and fill in the Phone: the WhatsApp buttons use it so families can write to the club.
  2. Paste the Google reviews link so satisfied families can leave a review.
  3. In Emails, decide whether emails go out from Badgie or from the club's mailbox.
  4. In Teachers, define which students each teacher sees.
  5. Check Legal before publishing enrollment forms.

With the AI agent

Badgie Agentic can read the club's general and additional information to answer questions or fill in documents, update the landing page with your approval and turn on birthday greetings.

Frequently asked questions

Is the contact email the same one I use to log in to Badgie?

Not necessarily. The contact email is the one families see on your public pages; it does not change your login.

Can I send emails from the club's email address?

Yes, by connecting Google (Gmail / Workspace) or Microsoft 365 in Emails, or by setting up your own SMTP server.

Where do I change the club's country?

In General information → Club country. It decides the prefix phone numbers start with in forms; families can choose another one.

Where is the public website set up?

In the Landing Page section, which is also reachable from Marketing → Landing Page.
