Quick answer
The Badgie app (iPhone and Android) is the same for coaches, students and families: after signing in, each person sees their own part. Coaches take the roll, rate behaviour, send badges, do video analysis and write notes and reports from the pitch or pool. Families receive all of that on their phone, along with the calendar, the student's personal bests and invoices. This guide walks through the real screens with a demo swimming club. The overview of all Badgie apps (Golf, Ski, Agents, club app) is in Badgie apps.

Where to find it
- Download Badgie from the App Store or Google Play, or your club's branded app if it has one.
- Sign in with the account your club gave you. The first time, the app welcomes you and explains what you will find.
- The tab bar is at the bottom; the club and your profile are at the top. The side menu holds the other sections and settings.
The coach, step by step
Roll call and behaviour
- From Home or the calendar, tap today's class and press Take roll.
- Mark each student present or absent and press Confirm. You can add a reason for an absence.
- Then rate behaviour with green, amber or red faces; if you choose red, the app asks why. All OK marks everyone green.
Sending badges
- From the quick actions, press Send new badge.
- Choose one or more students.
- Choose the badge from the collection (those they already have are marked).
- Review: add photos or videos, a comment and the channels (email, WhatsApp), then press Send.
Video analysis, notes and reports
- Video analysis: record or upload a video, draw on it (circles, arrows, text), add a voice note and send it to the student.
- Coach notes: choose who the note is for, write or dictate it and attach files.
- Reports: open each student's report with the overall grade and the scores per block, and resend it by WhatsApp.
- Scan sheet: photograph the badge or report sheet filled in by hand and the app turns it into data.

In football
In a football club, the coach prepares the call-up, the line-up plan and the live match from the same app.
What families see

- The calendar shows the student's classes and events and whether they are enrolled.
- Drills shows personal bests with their history (for example, 50 m freestyle).
- Invoices shows the amount due, active fees and each invoice.
- Notifications sets which alerts to receive.
By sport
- Swimming (the club in the screenshots): times per event, progression badges and technical reports.
- Football: call-ups, line-up plan, live match, match sheets and stats.
- Golf: the student's scorecards and handicap; golfers also have Badgie Golf.
- Martial arts and tennis: belt passport or tennis card in the student profile.
With the AI agent
The director has the team of AI agents in the app (see AI teammates). Whatever the agent sends to families (a note, a reminder, a badge) arrives in this same app.
