Feedback and reviews: ask families for ratings and get Google reviews

Quick answer

In Badgie, Marketing → Feedback lets you ask families to rate the club and its teachers (1 to 5 stars, with a comment) and see all the answers in one place. The request goes out by WhatsApp and email, usually tied to a badge the student has received.

When the rating is 4 stars or more and the club has set up its Google review link, the family sees the Leave a Google Review button: that way happy families become public reviews.

Where to find it

  • Web dashboard: Marketing → Feedback (the “Feedback Management” screen), with the Results, Send Feedback and Statistics tabs and the Ask feedback button.
  • Google review link: Management → Settings → General info, “Google review Link” field.
  • Teacher app: on the badges tab there is a button to ask for feedback and share it by WhatsApp; on the student’s profile they see the feedback received.
  • Families: they answer on a Badgie web page, with nothing to install.

Step by step

Ask for feedback

  1. Click Ask feedback. “Send Feedback Form” opens, noting: “The request will be sent by WhatsApp and email automatically”.
  2. Under Select students, pick students or use By Smart Tag.
  3. If you want, Link a teacher so the rating counts for them.
  4. Check the channels (WhatsApp and Email) and send.

“Ask feedback”: you choose students and an optional teacher, and it goes out by WhatsApp and email.

Ask by badge

  1. Open the Send Feedback tab: it lists the badges each student has received with their status (Pending or Answered).
  2. On pending ones, click the WhatsApp button to send the survey; those already sent show as Sent.

See the results

  1. At the top you have Total Reviews, Average Rating and those for This Month.
  2. In Results you see each answer: student, type, subject (the badge), rating and comment. Filter by name or by Type.
  3. Statistics shows the school’s overall rating and the month-by-month rating.

What families see

They receive a WhatsApp and an email with a link to a Badgie page where they rate with stars (“Rate Us”), leave a comment and click “Send Feedback”. If they give 4 stars or more and the club has a Google link, the “Leave a Google Review” button appears.

By sport

It is the same in every sport. Since feedback is tied to badges, it works especially well in schools that award badges often: swimming (levels and strokes), tennis and padel (technique), martial arts (belts) or skiing (levels).

With the AI agent

Today Badgie Agentic has no action of its own to ask for feedback: the request is made from this screen or from the teacher app. It can help you analyze the comments if you ask.

Frequently asked questions

Is feedback requested automatically when a badge is awarded?

No: it is requested manually, with “Ask feedback” or from the “Send Feedback” tab for each badge.

How do I get Google reviews?

Paste the review link from your Google listing into Settings → General info (“Google review Link” field). Families who rate 4 or 5 stars will see the button to leave the review.

Can I find out which teacher is rated best?

Yes, if you link a teacher when asking for feedback, the rating is associated with them.

Do families need the app to answer?

No, they answer from the link in their browser.
