Introduction to categories

Categories let you organize students by level, age, sport or any custom criterion.

Common use cases:

  • Organize by level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
  • Organize by age: Kids, Youth, Adults
  • Organize by sport: Tennis, Football, Swimming
  • Organize by group: Team A, Team B

Create categories

Creating categories is simple and lets you organize your school efficiently.

  1. Go to Club control → Categories
  2. Click 'New category'
  3. Enter the category name
  4. Save the category

Assign categories to students

Each student has one category. If you need to group them by more criteria, use Smart Tags.

  1. Open the student's profile
  2. Click 'Edit'
  3. Find the 'Category' field
  4. Select their category
  5. Save the changes
