Student profiles and family members

Each student has a complete profile with all their information.

1. Go to Community → Students
2. Click the student's name
3. You'll see the full profile

The profile shows information organized into sections.

Sections:

• Personal information
• Health: allergies, illnesses, injuries and medication
• Category and Smart Tags
• Enrolled classes
• Badges received
• Sport reports

Family members (father, mother or guardian) are linked to the student from their record.

1. In the record, open the family members section
2. Add the father, mother or guardian with their name, email and phone
3. The family receives the club's communications and follows progress from the app
4. Save the changes
