Championship badges and trophies: points, milestones and final awards
Which badges a Badgie championship uses, how to create them in the badge creator, how to send them with points and how to award end-of-season trophies.

Quick answer
A championship runs on badges that add points. In the badge creator tab you define the tournament badges (for example Champion, Runner-up or Best technique) with their order and type; then you send them with Send Badge + Points and the ranking moves. At the end of the season you award the trophies to the winners.

Tournament badge types
- Milestones with points: sent during the season and added to the ranking (no single winner).
- Individual trophy: one winner per category (Champion, Runner-up, Best technique…).
- Team trophy: every member of the winning team receives it.
- Attendance rewards: if enabled on the championship, Badgie awards the 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100-class milestones automatically.
Send with points
- Open the championship and click Send Badge + Points.
- Choose the badge, the round and the send date.
- Select the students and confirm: points are added and the family receives the badge.
Tracking and final trophies
Tournament › Badges sent shows each award with its date, clicks (whether the family opened it) and a Resend button; the Winners' trophies panel lists end-of-season trophies.
With the AI agent
With list_tournament_winners the agent tells you who won each trophy, and with award_badge it proposes awarding a badge to one or many students in a single proposal you approve.
Frequently asked questions
Are tournament badges the same as the Badges module?
They are Badgie badges, but championship ones are managed in the Championships badge creator and carry points for the ranking.
Can I resend a badge?
Yes, with Resend in Badges sent.
