Badges and collections in Badgie: create, award and reward progress

• Sidebar: ACADEMY › Badges (/dashboard/badges). The page is called Badge Management Hub.
• Tabs: Badge Matrix, Badges Sent, Collections, Badge Studio and Bulk Sending (plus Pathway if enabled).
• Send new badge button at the top right; Scan sheet and Generate marking sheet in Badges Sent.
• Coach app: send a badge in three steps (students, badges, send) and scan the sheet. Family app: Trophies › Badges.

1. Open Badge Studio and click Create new badge.
2. The Create New Badge editor has blocks you switch on or off: name, description and skills, background, order number, sport (header), icon or image, category or age, student name, school name and logo, Rarity and video and links. The badge preview is on the right.
3. Under Rarity pick Normal, Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary: it shows as a frame and a label on the badge.
4. Assign the collection and save.

In Collections click ADD COLLECTION (title, sport, description and whether it is a Welcome collection) and add badges with Add Badge To Collection; drag to reorder. Each collection has PDF, Album, Stickers, Progress, Challenge (reward badge for completing it) and Delivery (automatic delivery).

• Badge Matrix: students in rows, collection badges in columns and a progress bar (for example 6/10). Tap empty cells to award in bulk and send everything at once. Filter by Smart Tags or category and export to Excel.
• Send new badge: choose students (or By Smart Tag), collection and badge, add a Personal Note to Student and photos or videos of the moment. With Auto-send via WhatsApp the family gets it on their phone.
• Bulk Sending: pick the course and the calendar class and send several badges to the whole class.
• Coach app: students › badges › send; badges the student already has are marked.

1. In Badges Sent click Generate marking sheet: choose collections, Include legend sheet and Pre-mark earned badges, and a PDF is produced.
2. The coach marks in pen at the court or pool.
3. Scan sheet (or the coach app): upload the photo and Badgie records the badge progress.

Each collection's Delivery button opens Automatic delivery: for each badge choose By hand, When they join or When they open the app, and see how many active students there are and how many have opened the app. That way the welcome badge reaches every new student on its own.

A link (badgie.com/student-badge/…) that opens on the phone: "Badge earned" with the date, the badge, the student's name, the coach's comment, applause and a Share button for WhatsApp. In the app, under Trophies › Badges, with the progress of each collection.

• Swimming: milestones by stroke and distance (the demo collection).
• Tennis and padel: strokes, levels and match challenges.
• Football: technique, values and attendance.
• Martial arts: technique and attitude; belts have their own module.
• Golf: playing and scorecard milestones.

The agent lists badges (list_badges), proposes awarding them to one or many students in a single proposal (award_badge), proposes full collections with badges and design (propose_badge_collection), generates the art (generate_badge_art) and checks a collection's progress (get_collection_progress) or who awards most (get_badge_awards_by_teacher). Everything it awards or creates needs your approval.
