Quick answer
In Badgie, Management → Locations stores the places where the club operates: facilities, courts, offices, meeting points or points of interest. Each location has a name, type, address with map, Google Maps link, directions and images.
They are then chosen when creating classes and events, in booking resources, in staff clock-ins and, in football, in matches; and they can be linked in messages to families as “Meeting points”.

Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Management → Locations (“List of School Locations”).
- Messages: in WhatsApp and App, “Attach something to the message” lets you link a meeting point.
Step by step
- Open Management → Locations and click Create new location.
- Type the Name and choose the Type: Meeting point, Office, Court, Point of interest or Other.
- Add Instructions for getting there, in Spanish, English and Portuguese if you wish.
- Search for the Full address in the search box (it saves the position on the map) or paste the Google Maps link.
- Upload images of the place and save.
- To change something, click Edit on the location's card; use the search box to find a specific location.
What families see
When a class, an event or a message includes a location, the family sees the name of the place, the address with the map and the directions for getting there.
By sport
In swimming, the pool is usually enough; in tennis or padel each court can be a location of type “Court”; in football, the training grounds and match pitches; in skiing or outdoor sports, the meeting points with their instructions.
With the AI agent
Badgie Agentic does not create locations, but it can change a class's location or include a place when creating an Info Badge, with your approval.
