Quick answer
Each student has their own report inside a template: a header with the Avg. Grade, the Teacher comment and four tabs (Skills, Photos and videos, Notes + AI and Teachers). Open it from the Sport Reports list, from the eye icon in the matrix or from the coach app.
In this guide
Where to find it
- ACADEMY › Sport Reports, Sport Reports tab: click the report name in the student's row.
- Report Matrix tab: eye icon next to the student.
- Coach app: report list › student.
What the report contains
- Skills: each category with its number of questions, its bar and its average; expand it to see each question's grade. The grading system (for example 0-10) is shown above.
- Photos and videos: the student's media attached to the report.
- Notes + AI: coach notes (public or private) and the AI Coach button to draft an analysis.
- Teachers: who is responsible for filling it in.
- Teacher comment: saved automatically ("Saved" appears) and the first thing the family reads.
In the coach app
Teams: compare with the team average
In the Teams tab you group students (by level, category or competition). When grading, each student sees their grade next to the team average, never the other students' individual grades. The demo has no teams yet: the screen shows the three steps (create the team, add students and grade).
With the AI agent
Ask the agent "how is Jon's report going?" or "who has the lowest Fitness grade?": it uses get_report_matrix and get_reports_snapshot to answer with real data.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change a grade after sending?
Yes. Change the cell in the matrix or the report; the family sees the updated report at the same link.
Does the family see private notes?
No. Only notes marked Public are visible to the student or guardian.
