Send and share sport reports with students and families
How to send a Badgie report by WhatsApp, email or SMS, share the link, download the PDF or export to Excel, and exactly what the family sees when they open it.

Quick answer
When the report is ready, Badgie sends it to the student or their guardian as a link (WhatsApp, email or SMS). The family opens it on their phone with nothing to install and sees the average grade, the teacher comment and the detail per skill. You can also copy the link, download the PDF or export the list to Excel.

Where to find it
- ACADEMY › Sport Reports, Sport Reports tab: Send report button and, in each row, download, PDF and share icons.
- Report Matrix tab: select students and click Send (n).
- Coach app: Resend via WhatsApp in the report.
Send
- Click Send report: the send dialog opens.
- Search for the student.
- Badgie sends them the link by SMS/email or WhatsApp; the row changes to Sent.
Share the link
- Each row's share icon opens Share the certificate with the student: copy the link, send it by WhatsApp or by email.
- The link looks like badgie.com/student-certificate/… and always shows the current version of the report.
What the family sees
Club name, title, date, Individual Progress with the average grade, the teacher comment and the Skills, Notes (public ones only) and Photos tabs. In the Badgie app, under Trophies › Reports.
With the AI agent
Ask "send the 1st term report to the students who already have every grade": the agent uses get_report_matrix and proposes the send with report_send; nothing is sent until you approve it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I resend a report?
Yes: from the row's share icon or, in the coach app, with Resend via WhatsApp.
Can it be printed?
Yes: download the PDF from the row or use Print sheets in the matrix with Certificate mode.
